How to import skins to Minecraft PE

Skins are a way to customize your character in Minecraft PE. Your character can wear various kinds of tops, bottoms, shoes, headgear, and more. This way, you can look unique in the sea of players that enjoy the sandbox. When it comes to Pocket Edition, players can create a new character and edit its look from in-game customization accessories. However, users can add their custom skin to the game as well.

Steps to import any custom skin in Minecraft PE

1) Find your desired skin and download it on your phone

You can find any skin you want your character to wear in Minecraft PE, as there are tons on the internet. You can head to some of the most famous skin websites like Skindex, Nova, etc. to find a skin that you like. After finding one, you can download it and keep it on your phone's memory so that it can be imported later.

You can either find readymade skins from the community or create your very own skin for the game. This can also be done on websites like Skindex, Nova, NameMC, etc.

2) Open Minecraft PE and create a character

Open the game and head to the dressing room from the main menu. This is where you can customize your character in any way imaginable. From there, you can either create a brand-new character or edit any existing one. Make sure that the character has classic skin rather than a custom-made one.

3) Enter classic skin edit mode and import your desired skin from the phone

Press the Change Classic Skin button under a character to enter the edit mode. Once you are in the classic skin editor, you will see a lot of options. Firstly, select the classic skin option from the left-hand side column. Next, you must select the owned skin option and finally click on choose new skin button.

The game will ask you to let it browse through your gallery, from where you can select the newly downloaded skin. After you select it, your character will wear that custom skin in Minecraft PE.
