How to participate in MC Championship x Minecraft 15th Anniversary Party

The Minecraft Championship, also known as MCC, is a community event hosted by Noxcrew and Smajor1995. It tends to bring the largest names in the community together to face off in a series of minigames. July 2024 is shaping up to be quite eventful for the MCC team, with two ongoing events. One of these is even an official crossover with Mojang to celebrate the game's 15th anniversary.

Along with this event, known as the Ender Cup, a large anniversary party will be open to players starting on July 22, 2024, at 10 a.m. PST.

Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, this anniversary celebration isn't open yet. It will be nearly another week before players will be able to jump onto the event's official Minecraft server. Thankfully, though, the process described by Mojang will be quite simple.

Starting on July 22 and continuing until August 4, 2024, at 3 p.m. PST, a button will be added to the main screen of Bedrock Edition, which will let players jump straight into the server. This should make playing the featured MCC minigames quite easy.

That does mean, however, that Bedrock console players will need access to their premium internet service, such as Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus, or Nintendo Switch Online.

One of the biggest draws of this anniversary party is the ability to try out some of the best Minecraft minigames featured in MCC events. Players will have the opportunity to play very well-known and fun games such as Ace Race, Grid Runners, Sands of Time, and Meltdown.

These games range from speed-based parkour adventures to PvE experiences taking on hostile Minecraft mobs. This should mean there's something that appeals to everyone, no matter their playstyle or preference.

As players complete the previously mentioned minigames, they will gain coins. These coins can be spent in a store for a variety of items, including toys, gadgets, hats, and buffing snacks.

The event's biggest reward, though, is a potential new Minecraft cape. For the first seven days of the event, Mojang will drop cryptic clues as to certain challenges. If players can figure out these clues and complete a total of 15 challenges along the way, they will be given a brand-new anniversary cape.
