Lucky Minecraft player gets multiple powerful enchantments from the enchanting table

While Minecraft can be mastered with practice and skills, it is also known that luck plays a big factor. Sometimes players can grind and open multiple treasure chests to find very basic items or discover extremely rare finds by just using the fishing rod. Using the enchanting table is also a game of luck as sometimes the enchantments can be basic, and other times, they can completely blow everyone’s minds.

A Minecraft player and Redditor by the name of miguelsuks21x shared a short video clip on the subreddit of the game showing how they enchanted a pair of diamond boots using the enchanting table. Luckily for the player, the boot got a host of incredible enchantments such as Protection IV, Thorns II, Depth Strider III, Feather Falling IV, and Unbreaking III. Getting all of these in one item is certainly a lucky incident.

Reacting to the video, u/StarWarrior115 jokingly commented that this is not a lucky find at all and the original poster should give the boots to them instead so they can get rid of it. Another Redditor u/Apt_complexity commented on how fast the video shows the player moving and enchanting the boots.

But not all the comments were about the rare boots. u/Ok_Tie5415 noticed how different the cursor looked in the video and asked what cursor it was. The original poster replied that they were using a keyboard and mouse on their Xbox.

Some Redditors had an interesting take on the enchantments, especially the Thorns enchantment. u/Bottled_Kiwi commented that all the original poster needs to do is find a Thorns II book and a mending book to make Gucci boots. Redditor u/Atmo_reetry said they also need Netherite while u/Fiberz mentioned they will also need Soul Speed III.

That said, u/Appropriate-Oddity11 commented that the Thorns enchantment is useless as it messes with mob transportation, adds pointless knockback, and even ruins the durability of the boots.

u/Iamcarval mentioned that Thorns might not ruin the durability if the item has the Mending enchantment and a source of XP. Mending uses the XP earned and adds it to the tool to retain its durability.

It seems that the developers know the importance of finding rare items and that’s the reason they introduced the trial chambers as well as the vault with the Tricky Trials update. The trial chambers are a challenging area housing many challenging mobs. But fighting these mobs is worth it as the rewards are great.

After clearing the trial chambers, players can find the vault which then can be opened with the trial key. The vaults can give a host of rare items such as enchanted armor, weapons, and even the heavy core block which can be used to make the mace weapon in Minecraft.
