Minecraft Actions & Stuff add-on finally coming to Bedrock Marketplace

The Minecraft Bedrock Edition Marketplace will soon feature the highly anticipated Actions & Stuff add-on. It is made by Oreville Studios, which recently released a gameplay trailer to showcase the new add-on to Minecraft players. Actions & Stuff focuses on fluid mob and character animations — something that is not present in vanilla Minecraft.

What is Actions & Stuff?

Actions & Stuff is an upcoming Bedrock Edition add-on that may drastically improve mob and character animations. Like its blocky world design and graphics, Minecraft's mob and character animations are also generally basic (except for some of the game's newer mobs like Warden and Creaking, which have more detailed animations).

Since the game is completely moddable, the community often comes up with various third-party features and adds them as mods to the game. These started in Java Edition, and have gradually made their way to Bedrock Edition as add-ons.

In Java Edition, Fresh Animations is a mod that adds new detailed mob animations like eye movements, walking mechanics, and more. The same is being implemented through Actions & Stuff in Bedrock Edition.

Entire timeline and release date news for Actions & Stuff in Bedrock Edition's Marketplace

Actions & Stuff first released a detailed gameplay trailer in June 2024 on its YouTube channel. It showcased various features and simply said that the add-on was coming soon.

Most recently, the official X page of Oreville Studios posted a video showcasing in-game footage of how the Actions & Stuff resource pack (or add-on) would look in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. The caption simply mentioned that the add-on will soon be available to download from Bedrock Edition's official Marketplace.

Notably, the studio did not reveal any particular release date yet. In another tweet, it informed fans that the new add-on is currently under review by the Marketplace. Oreville Studios also promised to reveal more information as soon as they are sure about it in the future.
