Minecraft fans are beyond excited about the upcoming MC Live event. The developers will be announcing new content for the game, and according to the leaks, players might be getting a new mob called the “Creaking.” The official website for the live-stream event accidentally included some of the crucial announcements. This included a new “pale garden” along with the Creaking mob.

Minecraft Live is scheduled for September 28 where this new mob will be revealed, along with a new biome featuring the pale garden. While everyone is waiting for the event, some talented artists have come up with their renditions of the upcoming content.

X user u/amanikton shared some images showing the concept art for the pale garden and the Creaking. The images featured a new tree, its flowers, and its wood. Staying true to its name, the tree looks completely desaturated, almost black and white in shade.

The Creaking mob looked like a variant of the allays with red skin, pale white eyes, and a violin-like instrument in its hands. The original poster then made a follow-up tweet showing an updated version of the Creaking that looks more menacing with its three glowing eyes and tall stature.

This change came after Mojang Studios released a video on their official TikTok handle teasing the upcoming mob. The only hint about it is three glowing pixels which might be its eyes. The caption stated not to look away from it which suggests a new gameplay mechanic as well.

Minecraft might get a new hostile mob

The Warden was a welcome addition to the game as it made Minecraft scarier. It cannot see but has excellent hearing. This allowed for a new gameplay mechanic where players would have to prevent making any noise to stay hidden from the Warden.

It seems that Mojang Studios is expanding on this idea by introducing the Creaking mob. The twist here might be to keep looking at the Creaking when players encounter them. Once the eye contact is broken, the mob might come closer to the player and attack them. Perhaps the pale garden will have a design that makes walking around challenging to increase the difficulty.

All of the details about the new content will be revealed on September 28 in the Minecraft Live event. This event will be different from the previous ones as Mojang Studios will be focusing on smaller but more frequent updates. They have also retired Mob Vote, a crucial part of these live-streamed events.
