Minecraft's item frames can be made invisible in Java Edition through the use of commands or other methods. But does the same apply to Bedrock Edition? Fortunately, if you're hoping to create invisible item frames in the latter, you can utilize a texture/resource pack to provide the same effect, and it's quite easy to install on the right Bedrock-compatible devices.
With that in mind, we examine how to get and use an invisible item frame texture/resource pack in Minecraft Bedrock. However, it's important to note that these options will only apply to the Windows edition or the Android/iOS version of Bedrock, as console file browsers don't ordinarily work with third-party invisible item frame packs.

A wide variety of different texture/resource packs are available for Minecraft, but only some will operate for Bedrock Edition. We are considering the Invisible Item Frames pack by Lioncat6 for this particular example of how to download, install, and use an invisible item pack. Follow these steps to do so:
- Begin by opening a web browser and heading to https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/no-item-frame-render/ to find the invisible item frame pack being used in this example.
- Click the "Download Bedrock Texture Pack" and you should receive a .mcpack file.
- Navigate to where you downloaded the file in Step 2 and open the .mcpack file with your Minecraft Bedrock application. This should also work with Bedrock Previews as well.
- The game will open and notify you when the importing of the resource pack has been completed.
- Create or edit a world and navigate to the resource packs button on the left sidebar.
- Under the "Available" tab, click "Owned" and then click the activate button next to the resource pack named "No Item Frame Render".
- Enter your game world, and item frames should be made invisible when placed.
Using this particular invisible item frame pack is the same as with any ordinary item frame. To see for yourself, you can craft an item frame with one piece of wool and eight sticks. You'll notice that the item frame is visible in your hotbar. When held in your hands, and once it is placed, it will stay invisible unless you highlight your cursor over it.
These item frames can still be interacted with and have items/blocks placed within them. This includes placing blocks/items in the frames and then interacting with the frames to rotate the item/block inside. The only thing that changes is activating the texture/resource pack prevents you from seeing your item frame after it's placed.
