The Minecraft Championship is a series of tournament events put on by Noxcrew and Smajor1995. These tournaments aim to bring together the largest names in Minecraft content creation to compete in a series of minigames. One of the most popular spin-offs of the main MCC event is the Twitch Rivals series, which mainly features larger Twitch streamers.

Speaking of seconds, this is also going to be the second MCC to feature official casters, reporters, and a host. The host is going to be Iain Chambers; jvckk and KaraCorvus will be the casters for the event; and Veracity is going to be the tournament's reporter.
