TNT is one of the most useful items in all of Minecraft. This explosive block is capable of destroying most other blocks, causing them to drop as items. This is used, in combination with duplication glitches, in wood and cobblestone farms to automate resource gathering. But TNT is also useful for mining or just messing around with friends. However, its default explosion texture is quite dull.

That's where the Explosive Enhancement mod comes in. This mod aims to overhaul the default explosion texture. Everything you need to know about this aesthetic mod, from its major features to how to install it, can be found detailed below.

As previously mentioned, the Explosive Enhancement mod aims to revamp the game's vanilla explosions. It does this by replacing the blank, grayscale explosive texture of the base game with a beautifully animated and colorful explosion.

This explosion features a ton of new and custom textures, which can be configured, or disabled entirely, using the mod's included config file. Having the ability to customize this already enhanced texture makes this mod even better for making the game look better, as it can be made to perfectly suit your preferences.

Explosive Enhancement also adds a new and unique underwater explosion effect, which is so pretty it's almost worth wasting TNT to experience it. It's also worth noting that this mod has a client-only version. That means it will function on Minecraft servers even though it's only installed by you locally, which makes it an even better choice of aesthetic mod.

On Modrinth, you'll need to click a magnifying glass icon on the left-hand side of the screen to get to the content browser. From here, you can switch over to mods. You'll want to search for "Explosive Enhancement" on both platforms.

Now that you've found the mod, you'll need to install it. The process is nearly identical between CurseForge and Modrinth. There will be an "Install" button to the right of the mod's name, in green on Modrinth or orange on CurseForge. Hit this button. You'll then be prompted to either add Explosive Enhancement to a pre-existing Minecraft modpack or create a new one for it.

4) Add other content
