Minecraft Live is just around the corner and fans are beyond excited for it. Apart from the new announcements about updates, this event will be different from the previous ones. Mojang Studios has announced that they will be changing how updates are delivered to the game. Instead of one major update every year, the developers would add smaller but more frequent updates to keep the game’s content fresh.
Bundles are one of the confirmed features finally coming to Minecraft and is likely to arrive in their final form with the upcoming 1.21.2 update. This will be an impactful addition to the game as it will not only expand the inventory storage space but also make things more convenient.
An accidental leak on the official website of Minecraft mentioned the name of the upcoming update to be "Bundles of Bravery." The webpage was then changed quickly. Here are some reasons why it can be said with some certainty that bundles are making their way to the game in the next update.

Bundles are finally coming to Minecraft according to recent leaks

Two reasons point towards the addition of bundles in Minecraft with the 1.21.2 update. Firstly, in the latest Java snapshots, bundles are no longer experimental. This means that the developers have finalized how bundles will look and behave. Once finalized, the features are usually added in the final update.
Secondly, the leaked title of the next update is “Bundles of Bravery.” This leak was shared on a Reddit post by fans. Mojang Studios has always featured the highlight of an update in its title. For example, the trial chambers were added to the game in the 1.21 update, titled “Tricky Trials.” Other examples include “Village & Pillage” and “Caves & Cliffs.”
Coming to the feature itself, it is one of those items that might seem like a simple addition but has a massive impact on the game. Since the game came out, there has barely been any way of expanding the player inventory storage. Shulker boxes were an option but one could only get them at the end of the game.

Crafting the bundles is also very simple. It can be done using leather and strings—both of which are quite cheap and easily available at the start of the game. Strings can be crafted using cobwebs and leather can be obtained by killing cows in Minecraft.
Bundles allow players to carry items inside them, which can be then stored in the inventory. This means that these take up only one inventory space but, in turn, offer additional storage.
The bundles can be dyed meaning one can use different colored bundles to properly organize items. Since chests cannot be dyed and there is no way to make them visually distinct, bundles offer a great option for organization.
