An update for the End dimension is something fans have been asking for years. Previous updates have improved the overworld and the Nether, making them more fleshed-out and worth exploring. Unfortunately, the End dimension still remains a barren area which is only good for fighting the Ender dragon and getting the elytra. There is not much to explore there.

Considering that the End is an entire dimension, there is a lot of potential in it. The developers at Mojang Studios could come up with biomes for this dimension and make it worth exploring.

After the retirement of Mob Vote, the developers will focus on shorter and more frequent updates. This is great news for fans who want the game to add new content frequently.
