Minecraft player and Redditor u/scipio3000 shared some images on the subreddit of RuneScape, a very popular MMORPG game with millions of players. The pictures showed various locations from the game recreated in Minecraft. The original poster mentioned that they had been working on this project for over 10 years. The build also had impressive amounts of detail.

Reacting to the post, u/itsWootton said that they have always wanted to make this in the game. However, all they could build was a dirt house. They also added that the structures look good.

Minecraft is known for its open-ended gameplay that allows players to build almost anything they want. The game has become a canvas for creativity and large-scale building projects. Players worldwide have used its tools to craft detailed and expansive structures, ranging from fictional worlds to real-life landmarks.

One of the most popular projects is the "Build The Earth" project. This ongoing collaborative effort aims to recreate the Earth on a 1:1 scale within the blocky game. Builders are using satellite imagery, mapping tools, and in-game resources to replicate cities, landmarks, and terrains with impressive precision.

The project has attracted thousands of contributors who coordinate through online platforms, showcasing Minecraft’s potential as a medium for large-scale virtual collaboration.

In addition to real-world replicas, Minecraft players have recreated maps and environments from other games. Popular examples include renditions of Hyrule from The Legend of Zelda, the iconic maps from Counter-Strike, and the detailed worlds of Skyrim. Players have also created the Shiganshina district from the anime series Attack on Titan.
