One of the best aspects of Minecraft is the many different multiplayer servers available to players. These servers allow players to get together in large numbers to play minigames or work on collaborative builds. One such exciting recent example is the iBlocky - a prison server started by YouTuber SSundee.
This article explains everything players need to know about iBlocky, from the server's information to how to join it.

As previously mentioned, iBlocky is a Minecraft prison server. For those unfamiliar with the term, prison is a gamemode that doesn't take place in a regular world. Instead, they take place within prisons, where players need to mine, trade, and collect resources to level up to new ranks. These new ranks then unlock more items and features to experiment with to encourage progression.
There's also an online storefront for iBlocky, where players can purchase permanent ranks, rank upgrades, crate keys, and kits. These items are useful for players who want to skip some of the grind that typically comes with prison servers but are not required to have fun on iBlocky.
How to play on the iBlocky Minecraft server
1) Launch the game
The first thing you must do to play on the iBlocky Minecraft server is launch the game. The server is only available on the game's Java version, so avoid accidentally loading into Bedrock.
2) Save the server
Once the game is launched, hit the "Multiplayer" option to display a list of the servers you have saved. There are a few different options for playing on a server at the bottom of the screen. The first of these is "Direct Connection," which is a one-time connection.
The other recommended option is "Add Server." Hit this button and give the server a name for your reference. For the IP, use "PLAY.IBLOCKY.NET" to connect. Then hit the "Done" button. This adds the joined server to the list of servers on the Multiplayer list, which will let you join again quickly in the future.
3) Join in
Hitting "Done" should return you to your list of servers. From here, double-click on iBlocky to join. This will load you into the server hub, where you can then join the prison server using the compass item in your hand or by entering the large Minecraft Nether portal.
Who created iBlocky?
As previously mentioned, the iBlocky server was created by a popular content creator and Minecraft YouTuber, SSundee. They currently have 23.8 million subscribers. Outside of Mojang's blocky masterpiece, they make videos on popular titles like Fortnite, Roblox, and Among Us.
