Minecraft Live is one of the most exciting events for fans of the game. And this change will certainly be a welcome one as Mojang Studios has announced that this event will now be held twice instead of just once. Developers will now be able to deliver a more focused spectacle two times a year.

For a lot of years, many felt that Mojang Studios was coming up with updates that took too long and added too little. To that end, this shift will help incorporate features and items into the game more frequently.

The other major announcement was the removal of Mob Votes — a part of the update that allowed players to vote for the mob they wanted in the game. The choices usually included three or four mobs, with the candidate carrying the most votes being added.

But this might have negatively affected the update as a lot of people who voted for the other mobs would face a disappointing result. It would be interesting to see how the developers incorporate new mobs and items.

The same post stated that Mojang will be adding content with frequent updates, something that fans have been asking the developer for years. Furthermore, the developers announced a native PlayStation 5 version of the sandbox title which will utilize the console's power and the haptic features of the DualSense controller.

It seems quick updates, more content, and better compatibility will dominate Mojang Studios' plans, which is great for all the players.
