Minecraft player builds fire arrow barrage machine

Minecraft players are some of the most creative gamers. Most times, you'll see them come up with great build ideas. This includes making working computers and games inside the game to building large mechanical structures such as planes and trains that seem impossible on paper. While the game offers a peaceful gameplay option, it does have some powerful weapon options such as the arrows. But it seems that someone has discovered a way to make the arrows look even more powerful and deadly.

A Minecraft player and Reddit user by the name of Professional-Set8163 shared a short video on the subreddit of the game showing a cool weapon they had built. The caption mentioned that while it looks cool, the weapon does very little damage. The video shows a large and complicated structure with falling lava. With the press of a button, the player unleashed a barrage of fire arrows at a nearby village.

With all that’s happening in the video, many Redditors were confused about the structure. User Dragonbarry22 asked the original poster what exactly was happening in the video and whether it was an arrow cannon. Another user named Vectorial1024 replied that it was a fire arrow barrage. In fact, this would go well with the gothic castle build in Minecraft that was posted a few days ago on the subreddit.

Other users were quite impressed with the build. User ManMagic1 commented that they do not care what everyone else thinks, as they found it incredibly awesome. User Inderstein took it a notch further and said it would be cooler with 50 of these arrow barrages placed adjacently. Another user named amaathrowawayLOSTPW called the weapon a game-changer as it would be the ultimate fortress defense system.

User Burinal just wrote a comment saying, “Then we will fight in the shade!” This is a famous quote from the movie 300 where the army fights under a barrage of arrows falling from the sky, in similar fashion to what happens in the video clip.

Another user, ImmaZoni, commented the same quote but with a twist. Instead of “shade”, they used “light”, because the arrows here are burning.

It seems that Minecraft players have a knack for building large, medieval structures that are often inspired by pop culture. Recently, a player built the Shiganshina District from the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The district is surrounded by a large wall. The arrow barrage system would definitely fit in that build, as their defense system. Apart from that, players have built fully working mini games inside the title, which is nothing short of impressive.
