Redditor Kingpintheredditor shared an image on Minecraft's subreddit, showing a stronghold library inhabiting a warden. For those unaware, stronghold libraries do not have any mobs, let alone a warden. The warden, on the other hand, is only found in ancient cities in deep dark biomes. This dangerous mob doesn't naturally spawn anywhere except the ancient city unless there's a bug.
The post's caption explained how the original poster (OP) came across the stronghold and heard a shrieker, only to find the warden walking around a few minutes later. The screenshot shows it is the Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

Reacting to this post, Tovre joked saying that OP shouldn't have made any noise in the library, pointing out that the warden is the librarian. CountertopPizza said that this librarian seemed really angry at the player.
Express-Ad1108 said the stronghold is very likely in the deep dark biome where shriekers are naturally spawned. It seems a shrieker reached outside the ancient city, which is normal, leading the warden to spawn here.
OP said they found a shrieker under the library and broke it. Vandalsen said that they have gotten the idea of installing shriekers in their library to ensure everything remains quiet there.
8rok3n said that the OP got unlucky. They added that nothing prevents this from happening except for luck. Roozterr said to kill the mob, to which interrex41 replied it's easier said than done.
The warden is the hardest boss in Minecraft
The Warden is a mob in Minecraft introduced in the Caves & Cliffs update. It spawns in the deep dark biome, mainly in ancient cities located deep underground. The interesting thing about this mob is that it is blind and detects players through vibrations and sound instead of sight.
It is the strongest mob in the game, capable of dealing significant damage with a single attack. The Warden has the highest health, making it difficult to defeat in direct combat. The warden introduces the element of stealth in the game, as it will attack if it senses movement or hears sounds from players or other mobs.
In Minecraft's Bedrock Edition, bugs can sometimes cause the Warden to spawn outside its intended biome. These bugs may lead to the mob appearing in areas where it wouldn't normally generate. Recently, a player found the warden in the trial chambers due to a bug.
