Minecraft player shares interesting Pikmin-like mob idea for Pale Garden

Minecraft players are always excited when new content is added to the game. With the upcoming addition of the Pale Garden, fans are coming up with their own ideas about how to make the biome better. Some players have shared concept art, while others have started developing functional mobs for it.

Minecraft player and Redditor DinocoCarCrash shared a small video clip on the game's subreddit, showing the idea of a new mob for the upcoming Pale Garden biome. The video shows tiny Pikmin-like creatures of black and white shade just walking around. The Pale Garden is a barren biome where no animal mob spawns, so adding something there would make it feel more lively.

The original poster (OP) added a comment in the thread saying that currently these mobs just walk around and do nothing. But they plan to make them more like the Creaking mob for spawning. These mobs will provide a new kind of mushroom, a black dye source, a potion of blindness, and much more.

CarefulSignal9393 replied to the comment by saying they think these mobs just walking around is good enough. Given that the Pale Garden biome would be mostly empty, having mobs that just walk around is a good addition.

SkullCandy0808 commented that they absolutely love to see them as they are adorable. They asked if it would be nice if players could put them on their shoulders or walk them using a leash. OP replied to them saying they're glad they like them and assured that players will be able to carry them around.

Waste-Platform-5664 added by asking to allow players to collect these mobs in a bucket or bowl the same way axolotls can be carried around. OP replied by calling it a very nice idea.

H-N-O-3 asked the mobs to get inside the ground and hide with a small part of their heads poking outside when a player gets close to them. OP replied saying that it is one of the mechanics they are implementing to the mobs.

New biome and content in Minecraft

Mojang will officially add a new biome called the Pale Garden. It was announced during the Minecraft Live event and the developers have even released the biome along with other upcoming features in experimental updates. This biome comes with the Pale Oak tree and the dangerous Creaking mob.

The Creaking mob spawns at night and players cannot kill it using direct attacks. To defeat the Creaking mob, players must find the Creaking Heart hidden somewhere in the forest.
