Hardcore mode for Minecraft Bedrock Edition is finally out with the much-awaited Bundles of Bravery update. Players have been waiting for this mode for over a decade now. What it does is it resets all the progress a player has made when they die, making the playthrough more challenging and fun.
However, the developers have mentioned an important note about some possible bugs one might encounter while playing the Hardcore mode in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This article explains both issues and how players should be careful about them.

In the blog post on the official Minecraft website, the developers mentioned everything about the new features and the bug fixes that come with the Bundles of Bravery update for the Bedrock Edition. While everything else was about the changes, there was a specific note at the beginning of the post.
The “Developer’s Note” section mentioned that Mojang Studios has ensured everything runs smoothly for Bedrock players in Hardcore mode. However, they are still working on polishing some aspects and removing bugs along with two issues that players might face.
The first issue is with low internet speed. While playing Hardcore mode with low internet speeds, players might face issues, such as rain or snow not matching visually with the actual weather. Sometimes, blocks might disappear when placed somewhere. Thus, it is recommended to play the game with a stable internet connection to avoid losing progress in the Hardcore world.
The other issue is replacing a Creative world with a Hardcore world in Realms. While doing so, the world or its settings might get corrupted, leading to players losing all their progress.
The developers have suggested a fix for it. The blog post mentioned that it is better to replace a Survival world with a Hardcore world to prevent this issue, which the developers are working on fixing.
The best precaution to prevent any loss of progress is to create backups of the Hardcore world. The blog post also recommends players back up their worlds while playing Hardcore mode, as new bugs might also pop up.
Apart from the bugs, the update brings bundles, which are storage tools that work exactly like a shulker box. However, unlike the latter, bundles are easy to craft and can be made early in the game.
