The new Minecraft x Twitch collaboration has been announced ahead of the upcoming year in hopes of engaging the community in celebrating the conservation of nature and raising awareness. The Twitch Rivals Event will continue till January 6, 2025.
Minecraft has collaborated with The Nature Conservancy to release a set of exclusive drops in partnership with Twitch to promote awareness and raise funds for conservation. This comes along with Mojang's ongoing partnership with the environmental organization in the form of the Minecraft National Park DLC.
To celebrate the event, two new cosmetic items have been introduced — the Beaver Sweater and the Earth Head. These can be redeemed by following a few steps and contributing to The Nature Conservancy. However, note that the former item is for stream viewers, while the latter is exclusively for charity streamers.
