The community is actively seeking to uncover the secrets of the new biome, and amid the hunt for accolades, the Bedrock edition received a new achievement exclusively for the Pale Garden.

YouTuber Eckosoldier discovered that a new achievement called Heart Transplanter was added to Minecraft Bedrock along with The Garden Awakens update. To obtain this achievement, players must correctly place a creaking heart between two Pale Oak log blocks.

Doing this is a way of activating a creaking heart and spawning the mob, making it a unique and fun way for players to discover this hidden achievement since it was not mentioned in the patch notes or the update log.

As of now, this achievement is available only on the Bedrock edition and is yet to arrive on Java. Mojang may push out a snapshot or an update pretty soon to add this accolade to the Java edition as part of a long-running effort to ensure parity between the two editions.

How to get the Heart Transplanter achievement in the Minecraft Pale Garden update

You can easily get the Heart Transplanter achievement by placing a creaking heart between two pale oak logs. You can obtain a creaking heart by mining it with a tool enchanted with a silver touch. As for the Pale Oak log, you can simply harvest it using an axe or your bare hands. Remember, you must complete this mission in the Pale Garden unless you already have the materials required.

Once you have obtained all the materials, place a pale oak log on the ground and then place the creaking heart above it. Finish off by placing another pale oak in the same orientation above it and complete the creaking sandwich. You will know you have done it correctly if the heart starts glowing orange. If it does not, you must place the blocks again, ensuring that the alignment is the same.

Obtaining the Heart Transplanter achievement rewards you with a Creaking Heart shirt character creator cosmetic. You can use it to deck your character or save it as a trophy of your conquests in the mysterious Pale Garden.
