What to expect from the Pale Garden update
The Pale Garden update, officially known as The Garden Awakens is Minecraft's fourth game drop which is set to introduce the Pale Garden biome along with its mob, flora, and fauna. The biome has become a quick favorite among players due to its desaturated and eerie look, which became popular among horror fans. The lack of mobs and sounds adds to the spookiness of the arena.
The update also adds the Creaking, one of the most unique hostile mobs added to Minecraft. The mob has a unique movement where it will stand still when you look at it. But the moment you turn around, it will chase you with great speed and deal devastating damage — strikingly similar to the weeping angels from Doctor Who.
Apart from the signature Pale oak trees, the Pale Garden update introduces eyeblossom, a new flower native to the biome. This flower with the eerie orange glow has unique properties that make it a really useful item. It can be used to craft suspicious stews, and dyes, as well as to poison bees if you have a vendetta against the most adorable mob in the game.
The Garden Awakens update in Minecraft also introduces the resin — a new item with a host of uses that can be refined to craft items such as walls, slabs, bricks, and more. Additionally, if regular gameplay isn't challenging enough, you can use resin to craft a Creaking heart and summon the mob.
With less than 24 hours left for the Pale Garden update to arrive, players worldwide are excited. Mojang has also promised a few other surprises so fans of the bestselling sandbox are eagerly waiting to learn. Make sure to have a bowl of suspicious stew and dive into the new biome and its mysteries.
