Minecraft players have always impressed the game’s community with some astounding builds that seem to defy possibilities. The sheer amount of time and effort that goes into the making of these structures is beyond impressive. Players have built fictional and real cities, large castles, towers, and even Mount Everest in the game. And it seems that another player has shown something that fits perfectly in the list of great builds.

A Minecraft player and Reddit user by the name of Cardycraft shared an image on the subreddit of the game showing a world map they had created. The map, when viewed from above, looks like Atlas carrying the earth in a stylized way.

Reacting to this post, user UpdogPM commented:

The original poster replied to their comment, thanking them and mentioning how compliments like these give them a confidence boost. Another user named AzathothOG asked if they could get a download file for the map so that they could try it themselves. Unfortunately, the original poster has not replied to the comment yet.

User OnetimeRocket13 commented that the map looks cool and shows the creator’s artistic skills, but added that the map does not look very compelling from a gameplay perspective. They mentioned that the map does not ignite the spark of interest or curiosity to explore. This was true as it's a great map art, but it does not show much promise from the gameplay perspective.

The original poster appreciated the constructive feedback and mentioned that art is more subjective than objective. Another user named Mclovin11859 added to the original comment, saying that the map looks quite inconvenient when it comes to accessing resources. However, they made sure credit is given where due, and appreciated the creativity of the art.

Along with praising, user Volcan4698 emphasized the fact that the artwork shows Atlas holding the world for all eternity as it was a punishment by Zeus. Another user named Shadow11341134 mentioned how the original poster was showing off, but they could not blame them as the artwork looked really nice.

As mentioned before, the game allows players to run their creative engines wild. Recently a player made Mount Everest in Minecraft with many details that players can explore. The scale of the build was 1:2, and it shows all the possibilities the game allows.

Talented builders have made large structures such as gothic castles, complicated working computers, and games inside the game; even a fully functional Rubik’s cube that can be scrambled and solved.
