What can you expect from Minecraft The Garden Awakens update
Minecraft The Garden Awakens update will introduce the Pale Garden biome along with a host of associated features. This eerie biome with the desaturated Pale Oak trees and hanging moss has already made it a fan-favorite. As an icing on the spooky cake, the biome also introduces a new native mob — the creaking.
The creaking is one of the most unique hostile mobs that the community has seen in recent times. The spooky mob will stand still when you look at it but the moment you turn around, it will chase you with surprising speed and deal devastating damage. If that wasn't enough, Mojang made the mob immune to all kinds of damage — the only way to defeat the creaking is by destroying its heart.
Apart from the mob, the update will also add features such as the ominous eyeblossom flower and a brand-new item, resin. The eerie orange glow of the eyeblossom, which matches the eyes of the creaking, contributes greatly to the mysterious ambiance of the biome. As for resin, it has become a popular block due to its multiplicity of uses as slabs, stairs, bricks, walls, and more.
As with any update, players can also look forward to a host of bug fixes, balancing, and modifications to existing mechanics to improve the gameplay experience. Mojang has also teased that Minecraft The Garden Awakens will have a few surprises and fans of the bestselling sandbox cannot wait to explore the mysteries of this latest biome.
