Minecraft Championship, also known as MCC for short, is a large-scale content creator tournament organized by Smajor1995 and Noxcrew that brings together the largest names from the community to face off in team-based minigames. The most recent MCC event was MCC Twitch Rivals Europe, which took place in person during TwitchCon Europe 2024: Rotterdam.

Everything viewers need to know about which team won, as well as the teams that came just shy of victory, can be found below.

Minecraft Championship Twitch Rivals Europe winners

The Cyan Coyotes was the winner of MCC Twitch Rivals Europe. This team consisted of Minecraft YouTubers and streamers 5up, Jeremy Frieser, Snifferish, and Wolfeei. The Cyan Coyotes actually came in second when looking at points, but, as so often happens in MCC, it was able to best the team with the highest points in dodgebolt, taking the crown for itself.

This is the first event that Wolfeei and Jeremy Frieser have participated in, giving them both impressive 100% win rates. It is the second win in MCC for Snifferish, who previously won MCC 21. This is also 5up's second win, with the other being MCC 20.

One of the most unique aspects of MCC Twitch Rivals Europe is that since it was the second in-person event, there's a photo of the winning team just after getting the crown. There's something wholesome about seeing the team beam with excitement while wearing the crowns that is exclusive to these few in-person events.

As previously mentioned, the Cyan Coyotes might have won the overall event, but it did not come in first in terms of points—that distinction instead goes to the Purple Pandas. However, the team was unable to maintain its lead throughout the dodgebolt Minecraft minigame and would fall into second place.

The Purple Pandas consisted of Fabo, LetsHugo, nooreax, and Wichtiger. What makes this placement all the more impressive is that this entire team consisted of first-time players. Despite not having participated in an MCC before, the team was able to put on quite a show.

The third-place team, the Green Geckos, just narrowly missed out on the opportunity to participate in dodgebolt for the crown. This team consisted of AnsiChan, coldified, Serpias, and Shadoune666. Of these four, Shadoune is the only player to have played on one of MCC's Minecraft servers before, making the team's high-ranking placement almost as impressive as that of the Purple Pandas.
