#1. Fabricio Andrade
You can’t do a list of ONE Championship’s heaviest hitters without bringing up ‘Wonder Boy’ Fabricio Andrade. Debuting for the promotion in 2020, Andrade has delivered some of the promotion’s most spectacular knockouts in recent years, starting with a first-round knockout of Li Kai Wen at ONE: Winter Warriors II in December 2021. Andrade uncorked a high kick in the opening round that rocked Wen, opening him up to a flurry of strikes that eventually got the job done.
Andrade delivered two more first-round knockouts against Team Lakay standout Jeremy Pacatiw at ONE: Full Circle in February 2022 and Kwon Won Ill four months later at ONE 158. His 62-second body-kick KO of Kwon Won Ill solidified his spot as the top-ranked contender in the division and led him to the ONE bantamweight world title showdown with former champion John Lineker at ONE Fight Night 7.
#2. John Lineker
Perhaps one of the most prolific knockout artists of the last 20 years, John Lineker has laid waste to many opponents with his brutal hooks over the last 15 years of his already iconic career. Lineker’s first knockout inside the circle came against former ONE bantamweight world champion Kevin Belingon at ONE: Inside the Matrix III in November 2020. However, on that night, it wasn’t a hook that got the job done for Lineker, it was a perfectly-timed uppercut that sent Belingon reeling on his way to being finished just over a minute into the second round.
‘Hands of Stone’ followed up that knockout with a first-round finish of Troy Worthen five months later, laying out the Sanford MMA product with a straight right that landed on the button. With three straight wins inside the circle, Lineker earned himself a shot at ONE legend Bibiano Fernandes in March 2022. It was there that ‘Hands of Stone’ uncorked a crushing left hook that immediately rendered Fernandes unconscious, capturing the ONE bantamweight world title in the process.
Lineker will have the opportunity to reclaim ONE gold at ONE Fight Night 7.
#3. Martin Nguyen
Martin ‘The Situ-Asian’ Nguyen has seen his fair amount of struggles inside the circle as of late, but that doesn’t change the fact that the former two-division world champion is one of the most prolific finishers in promotional history with an incredible 91% finish rate. With 11 career wins under the ONE Championship banner, Nguyen has scored eight knockouts. He also holds the distinction of being the only man to finish the reigning two-division titleholder, Christian Lee, though that was by way of submission.
Martin Nguyen holds knockout victories over some of the best fighters to step foot inside the circle, including Li Kai Wen, Marat Gufarov, Eduard Folayang, and Kirill Gorobets. On February 24, he’ll attempt to add another name to his impressive hit list when he takes on undefeated Russian standout Shamil Gasanov at ONE Fight Night 7.
