#3. Fabricio Andrade KO's Li Kai Wen in round one
In 2021, Brazil's 'Wonder Boy' faced the dangerous Li Kai Wen in ONE Championship. The two hungry bantamweight fighters were looking to make a name for themselves in a highly competitive division.
Andrade showed off his impeccable timing as he was able to land a head kick on the temple of Li with the smallest of opportunities. To follow up his cracking head kick, he poured on a series of punches to put his opponent away.
The Tiger Muay Thai-trained athlete earned the victory at 4:41 of the very first round.
#2. Fabricio Andrade KO's Jeremy Pacatiw in round one
In early 2022, 'The Juggernaut' Jeremy Pacatiw was climbing the rankings in the stacked bantamweight division. The Filipino fighter was a dangerous prospect for the young Andrade considering he had a significant experience advantage.
Even with that, though, the quick striking of Andrade made all the difference. To counter a body punch, 'Wonder Boy' landed a thunderous knee to the ribs of Jeremy Pacatiw, which sent him to the mat.
Officially, the Brazilian athlete won this bout at just 1:37 in round one.
#1. Fabricio Andrade KO's Kwon Won Il in round one
'Wonder Boy' Andrade felt insulted coming into this fight. Despite being a top contender at bantamweight, then-world champion John Lineker had agreed to face Kwon Won Il but not Fabricio Andrade.
Andrade knew he had to make a statement in this fight, but it was not going to be easy. The South Korean fighter entered the fight with three consecutive knockout wins and over 80% of his career victories being earned via KO/TKO.
The stakes and pressure were sky-high for the 25-year-old Brazilian, but he successfully rose to the occasion. Andrade secured victory in this fight with a liver kick just over a minute into the opening round.
With that, he proved that he belongs at the top of the bantamweight ladder.
