Jim Miller faced Alex White in Early Prelims of UFC 228, and in doing so made a record. He became the first-ever fighter to have taken part in 30 separate UFC fights.

Not only that, his 30th fight was heralded with a huge win for him. He was able to overcome Alex White and won their match in a very short time. His fight was also the first of many that night to not have to go to a decision.

He locked Alex White in a Rear Naked Choke Hold and picked up the win over the course of 1 minute and 29 seconds.
