#4. Tom Aspinall makes quick work of Sergey Spivak at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till

The co-main event at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till featured a heavyweight bout between Tom Aspinall and Sergey Spivak.

The fight started with both fighters meeting at the center of the octagon. They took their time measuring distance, keeping their hands active and throwing jabs. Aspinall did well to take control of the octagon. However, there wasn't much difference between the performances of the two fighters up to that point.

Aspinall landed a few strikes, after which Spivak decided to attempt a takedown. He missed the attempt and the fighters engaged in a clinch. Aspinall landed a knee to the body and followed it up with a devastating right hand straight to the face.

The blow rocked Spivak and he fell on the canvas. Aspinall followed up with ground-and-pound to win the fight via TKO at 2:30 of the first round at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till. The win also earned him a Performance of the Night bonus.


#3. Derek Brunson edges closer to title contention with a dominating victory over Darren Till at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till

The main event of UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till saw Derek Brunson put on a dominating performance against the betting favorite, Darren Till.

The fight started with the fighters trading shots. Derek Brunson was quick to break out his wrestling skills - a factor of the pairing that everyone knew could work in his favor. Brunson shot for a double-leg takedown and succeeded in pinning Till to the canvas. He unleashed heavy ground-and-pound strikes, damaging Till's eye in the process.

In the second round, too, Brunson constantly shot for takedowns. Till was more wary of the threat this time around and displayed some brilliant takedown defenses. However, Brunson eventually got him on the ground and kept him there.

The fighters engaged much more on the feet at the onset of the third round. Nevertheless, Brunson did manage to get Till down and began unloading ground and pound strikes. Till rolled over in an attempt to escape, but Brunson capitalized on the opportunity and locked in a rear-naked choke.

Derek Brunson won the fight via submission in 2:13 of the third round of the fight.
