#4. Michael Chandler - UFC lightweight
You might disagree with Michael Chandler getting a shot at the UFC lightweight title after just one fight, but the former Bellator champ is a treat to watch inside the octagon. The pace with which he pressures his opponents is frantic, to say the least, and very entertaining.
While known for his wrestling skills, Chandler's explosive striking was on full display in both of his fights in the UFC thus far. In his octagon debut, Chandler famously sparked Dan Hooker in the very first round. A vicious left-hand shot shut out the lights on Hooker halfway through the first round. The KO went viral and probably earned him the title shot against Charles Oliveira.

Even in the fight against Oliveira, Chandler got off to a big start. He managed to knock the Brazilian down and almost got the finish. 'Do Bronx' was having a tough time dealing with Chandler's pace, but he showed great heart to grind through the first round before getting the finish in the second.
#3. Islam Makhachev - UFC lightweight
Islam Makhachev is currently a hot property in the UFC lightweight division. On an incredible eight-fight winning streak inside the octagon, Makhachev is touted to become the next lightweight champion down the line. He recently picked up an impressive second-round submission win over Thiago Moises at UFC Vegas 31.
Makhachev is one of the very few fighters who are equally adept at both striking and grappling. His grappling skills are often compared to that of the legendary Khabib Nurmagomedov, and his striking is visibly more well-rounded and dangerous than Khabib's.
He can knock fighters out cold on the feet and also jump into submissions from various positions during fights. Islam Makhachev already has 12 stoppage victories since turning professional and is expected to deliver more in the coming years.
