#2. DC calls Brock Lesnar to the octagon
Daniel Cormier and Brock Lesnar’s confrontation at UFC 226 is one of the most memorable moments in UFC history. UFC 226 is remembered as the night Cormier made history by becoming a two-division UFC champion.
Cormier was the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion when he opted to move up and take on then-UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic. DC defeated Miocic by first-round knockout to become the new champion.

The night may’ve been remembered for Cormier’s big win, but it was the post-fight confrontation that stole all the headlines. While speaking with Joe Rogan in his post-fight interview, Cormier brought up Lesnar, who was in the arena. Cormier said he always wanted to fight him and told Lesnar to get in the octagon. The champion got his wish as Lesnar got in the octagon and shoved Cormier.
Lesnar then got on the mic and gave his colorful opinion on the heavyweight bouts that night. Lesnar simply told Cormier he was coming for him and his title. It seemed like Cormier vs Lesnar was the plan once Lesnar finished serving his USADA suspension. Unfortunately, the bout never ended up taking place as Lesnar chose to officially retire from MMA.
#1. UFC 229 post-fight brawl
Topping this list of memorable UFC post-fight moments is the brawl that took place following the main event of UFC 229. It may be a memorable moment for the wrong reasons, but a memorable moment nonetheless. The event was headlined by the long-awaited UFC lightweight championship bout between Khabib ‘The Eagle’ Nurmagomedov and ‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor.
The animosity between Nurmagomedov and McGregor had reached its breaking point in the weeks leading up to the event. The Russian took McGregor down in each round and even stunned the former champion with an overhand right.
'The Eagle' would cap off an impressive performance in the fourth-round, where he submitted McGregor.
After winning the fight, Khabib wasn’t satisfied yet. He immediately exchanged words with McGregor’s cornermen and then proceeded to jump over the cage and attack Dillon Danis.
A brawl then ensued before security eventually intervened and got things somewhat under control. UFC President Dana White was disappointed with what transpired and refused to put the title on Khabib post-fight. White thought it would’ve enraged the fans more, so decided not to.
