Romero’s duty is simple – protect & serve The Miz

The Miz is a great heel for the simple reason that he knows how to work the system. Whether it's hiding behind his wife Maryse or constantly finding new ways to avoid a confrontation with an opponent, he has the cowardly act down to a tee.

However, wouldn't it be interesting to see how much further Miz's stock would rise if he was accompanied to the ring by a monster like Yoel Romero?

The guy is one of the most lethal athletes in all of mixed martial arts right now and if you need proof, just go and watch his knockout of Chris Weidman at UFC 205.

Romero is a soldier by nature and his task would be to protect Miz at all times, which is an act that could take The Awesome One all the way back into the WWE Championship picture. Wouldn't that be lovely.
