#3 Running Knee

Probably the stiffest move in all of Pro Wrestling

The Running Knee is a pretty common move in the WWE. A lot of wrestlers use it on a regular basis, although, Triple H has made it one of his signature moves, while Shinsuke Nakamura uses a variation of it as his finisher, the Kinshasa.

Barring these exceptions, nobody really gets excited by the whole running knee business in pro-wrestling, but that is not so in MMA. As Yoel Romero proved against Chris Weidman, a knee to the face is something that really should be feared.
