Due to the sheer size of the WWE, many Superstars on the pay-roll don't often come into contact with Vince McMahon. When they do, it's naturally quite a big deal as the only time they'll even so much as breeze past him, would be in the gorilla position just before going out in front of a live crowd.

On the other hand, Dana pretty much has every fighter in the UFC on his phone.

Or so we're led to believe. White will happily fly out to have dinner with fighters in order to talk some business and generally have a good time, which is the sign of a solid boss. You could probably reach the president through a number of different avenues within the UFC, which automatically improves the working and personal relationships between himself and his employees.

Good old Dana loves a joke or two.
