Vince is one scary dude

When people approach Dana White, they don't think of a big boss man from the UFC - they just think of a friendly dude that is about as down to earth as you can get. Dana can easily have a conversation with someone without making them feel uncomfortable in any way, and because of that, he's managed to assist in turning the company into the global phenomenon it is today.

Meanwhile, when it comes to Vince, he's about as intimidating as you could get in the sports entertainment business.

He's loud, strong minded and can be obnoxious at times, which generally turns people away from the idea of speaking to him. He's cooled down a lot over the years, but there was a time where guys would honestly be too afraid to even go and have a chat with good old Vinnie Mac.
