Not a good experience for Punk

Let's not beat around the bush here - CM Punk was embarrassed at UFC 203. Dana put him up against a talented youngster in Mickey Gall that choked him out within two minutes of the first round, leading all the haters to come out and say "I told you so".

Whether you were rooting for Punk or not, there's no denying that this was a heavy defeat for the self-proclaimed Best in the World.

It's likely that WWE and specifically Vince were watching the fight and upon losing, Punk's stock immediately dropped. If he ever returned it's not like they could pretend that the loss didn't happen, and at the same time there's no real benefit to mentioning it on live TV.

After all, it's not like they've said Ronda Rousey's name a whole lot since her back to back world title losses either.

Now to something that's a tad more controversial.
