Lawsuits are never fun things to talk about, but it's definitely one of the most important factors to consider here.
Following some of Punk's comments regarding his staph infection towards the back end of the podcast, Dr Chris Amann sued the former WWE superstar in a lawsuit that is supposedly still ongoing to this day.
There hasn't really been any kind of public resolution, but it's something that WWE definitely won't want to get involved in any more than they already are.
