#2 Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor
Dustin Poirier earned the biggest win of his career when he became the first man to ever knockout Conor McGregor at UFC 257. The two were very friendly in the build-up to their rematch but things took an ugly turn when the Irishman posted a video on social media showing his preparation for the trilogy bout.

"The prediction is in! I’m going to win the trilogy fight via A Front Kick to the nose. Round number 4. His Nose needs straightenin and I’m Rhinoplasty." said Conor McGregor.
'The Diamond' then blasted McGregor by accusing him of not paying the $500,000 charity amount that 'Mystic Mac' had promised before the fight.
"That's a fun prediction! @TheNotoriousMMA you also predicted a donation to my foundation and you and your team stopped responding after the fight in January. See you soon. July 10th Paid In Full!" tweeted Dustin Poirier.
This got the whole MMA world talking. Things got so bad that at one point, their trilogy fight was on the verge of cancelation.
Fortunately, the fight was successfully scheduled for July 10 at UFC 264.
#1 Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor
Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor McGregor is arguably the biggest and ugliest rivalry to ever come out of the UFC. Both fighters hate each other with passion and do not hesitate in expressing that on their social media accounts.
In January 2018, McGregor took a dig at 'the Eagle'.
"You can buy them on Gucci store. But in the octagon bear will eat you." said Khabib Nurmagomedov in his tweet.
Nurmagomedov gave an epic reply that not only won him the Twitter battle but also foreshadowed the events that would take place at UFC 229.
The Dagestani fighter was the winner of the rivalry as he finished the Irishman via neck crank in the fourth round of the UFC 229 main event. The event broke multiple UFC records and went on to become the biggest fight in the promotion's history.
