Frank Mir is probably the fighter Brock Lesnar knows best on this list, having defeated Mir during his earlier run with the UFC. The thing about Mir is that his style is actually based on wrestling and grappling. So, why is he on this list exactly?

Well, it’s firstly because Mir’s numbers when it comes to takedowns and takedown defence make for atrocious reading. His statistics are amongst the worst in heavyweights and this is somehow supposed to be his speciality.

Secondly, it’s the run he’s been on. Mir has lost 6 out of his last 8 fights, including the last two – one of which was a loss to Mark Hunt. There is no way someone like this is going to be able to hang with someone like Brock.
