At the age of 39-years-old, some people may think that it's too late for Sonnen to enter the pro wrestling scene. Thankfully age has never been too much of an issue in this industry, and Sonnen could easily make an impact given his amateur background coupled with some of the athletic skills that he has shown over the years in both the UFC and Bellator.

He's got the right kind of physique and can even have attire that symbolises his MMA background if needs be. Sonnen's game inside of the squared circle would likely be to wear people down and focus on their weaknesses, which would fit perfectly into his character development. He probably wouldn't be a world champion or anything, but a reign with a midcard belt isn't entirely out of the question.
