Amanda Nunes has already proved herself capable of headlining a UFC pay-per-view, having done so on five occasions. There is sure to be large demand for the rematch.

Few gave Peña much of a chance heading into her bout with Nunes, but 'The Venezuelan Vixen' sent UFC fans into a frenzy when she upset the odds to win via second-round submission. There is now massive intrigue as to who would win a potential rematch.
The division has lacked interest due to Nunes' dominance but Peña's win was a huge burst of excitement that now needs to be capitalized on. Booking Peña against Nunes in a rematch as soon as possible will be sure to draw a ton of attention to the women's 135lbs division.
#1. Amanda Nunes vs. Valentina Shevchenko III
Amanda Nunes and Valentina Shevchenko have established themselves as the two greatest female martial artists of all time. Despite what happened at UFC 269, this remains the biggest possible fight on the horizon.
Obviously there are now obstacles that stand in the way of this potential trilogy bout. Nunes would have to defeat Peña in a rematch to reclaim her spot at the top of the UFC's bantamweight division before talk of this fight could be entertained. Shevchenko would also have to move up to 135lbs for the bout to happen.
While their records show Nunes has a 2-0 advantage over Shevchenko, 'Bullet's dominance since then and Nunes's vulnerability could quite conceivably make 'The Bullet' the favorite in a third fight between the pair.
While Saturday's result saw us take one step away from seeing this fight, it remains the biggest possible matchup in women's MMA.
