Luana Pinheiro still suffering from Gillian Robertson's 12-6 elbows
Luana Pinheiro suffered her third loss in a row to Gillian Robertson at UFC Vegas 100 via unanimous decision. She believes her opponent resorted to a "disrespectful" act by repeatedly using 12-6 elbows on her bottom in the closing seconds of the first round.

In an angry outburst while speaking with Ag. Fight, Pinheiro said:
"Excuse my language but she elbowed my anus. For me, that is disrespectful, I would never do that to another athlete... It's not a move to submit or knock me out, it's not like that. In my view, she did it maliciously with bad intentions, not just during the round but after time was up, she did it again."
Pinheiro added that the 12-6 elbows, a move recently legalized in MMA, put her on strong medication. She could not sit without a cushion or bending her back at the time of the interview. But it was even worse right after the fight.
"At first, I couldn't walk, cough or laugh properly and sneezing was agony. I felt like I was dying."

Khamzat Chimaev details harrowing health scares amid UFC rise
Khamzat Chimaev is one of the most talked about fighters in the UFC, who has earned a reputation of being the scary boogeyman through his on-screen performances and off-screen reputation. He was recently spotted manhandling Arman Tsarukyan at the Hype Fighting Championship, where their teams are going up against each other in a reality TV show.
However, his rise in the UFC has been accompanied by numerous medical conditions and health struggles, which have considerably worsened since he contracted COVID during the pandemic. He had to pull out of the originally scheduled UFC fight against Robert Whittaker after becoming "violently ill," as Dana White put it.
In a recent interview with Adam Zubayraev [Translated by Red Corner MMA], Chimaev opened up and shed a further, scarier light on his struggles:
"I’ve had five or six surgeries so far and seven or eight fractures. I put myself together... Doctors told me so many times that I wouldn't be able to fight... I had some issues ahead of the [Kamaru] Usman fight too. I just didn't tell anybody about it... I had a temperature and we even considered pulling out."
'Borz' added:
"When your immune system is weak you can catch some infections. They removed half of my thyroid gland."
Russian chess legend Garry Kasparov claps back at Joe Rogan
Joe Rogan recently caused a stir in the Russia-Ukraine discussion by accusing the latter of potentially starting World War III. The UFC commentator claimed that by allowing Ukraine to launch American long-range ballistic missiles at Russia's military bases, Joe Biden had pushed the world toward the brink of a nuke war.
Later on, he claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wanted to come on his podcast to tell his side of the story, but Rogan turned him down.
Soviet-born chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov retorted at Rogan on X, accusing the podcaster of having an "agenda":
"Rogan is under no obligation to host Zelensky, Klitschko, or anyone else. But after viciously attacking Ukraine with BS talking points, his agenda is clear if he doesn't allow for equal time. I'll also offer my services, if a chess champion isn't too threatening for him!"
