‘Mikinho’ Adriano Moraes knows better than anyone the perils of facing Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson. Johnson is an all-time great in MMA with a near-perfect game.

The Brazilian star will look to reclaim his throne when he faces Demetrious Johnson later this year. The pair will complete their triolgy with the ONE flyweight world title on the line.

The fight is booked for ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video on May 5 and will be broadcast on Amazon Prime Video. The 1STBANK Center in Colorado, USA, will host history as this is ONE's inaugural event stateside.

Moraes has already fought Johnson twice, so he knows the immense ability that 'Mighty Mouse' possesses. While speaking with SCMP MMA, 'Mikinho' explained:

"He’s really great at everything, that’s why. His transitions. He does transitions in MMA very good. I think that’s the hardest part. His conditioning is really good. He’s one of the smartest guys in the game that’s why it’s so hard to fight against him. For me, it’s a pleasure to always share the ONE circle with a guy like him. We always learn a lot."

Adriano Moraes is not concerned about getting knocked out in his previous fight

When Moraes and Johnson fought for the first time, 'Mikinho' won the bout via knockout using a knee strike. In their rematch, Johnson used a flying knee to KO Moraes and earn the world title.

But this knockout loss is of no concern to Adriano Moraes. In the same interview with SCMP MMA, 'Mikinho' explained:

“There’s no pressure. Of course, I’m going to fight against a guy who just knocked me out, so it’s different feelings. But I’ve been here before and I can’t wait to put on a show for everybody.”

Adriano Moraes simply feels that it is time to take back the belt he "lent" to 'Mighty Mouse' Demetrious Johnson. He is also proud that their third match will go down on US soil:

"Now, I [lent] my title to the GOAT Demetrious Johnson, for us to make a nice event in the US. I’ll be back stronger to take my belt back."
