Pereira is a multiple-time champion in both kickboxing and MMA and is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in combat sports today. In the sport of kickboxing, he has achieved incredible success, becoming a former champion in both the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions of Glory Kickboxing. Pereira is the first and only fighter to have simultaneously held Glory titles in two weight classes.
