Aljamain Sterling sounded off on Sean O'Malley after the bantamweight contender commented on his status for their scheduled title fight at UFC 292.

Sterling uploaded a video to his YouTube channel, where he responded to O'Malley comments regarding his status for August 19. He took aim at the No.2 ranked bantamweight for his incorrect science when suggesting that he should take two-months off and then train hard for the remaining two-months before their fight.

He said:

"It's not science you fricken numb-nut moron. It's called math, mathematics. You probably forgot cause you might've dropped out of high school or maybe you smoked all your brains away and you completely just forgot the difference between science and mathematics, you know when you're dealing with numbers." 'Funk Master' also brought up that he has been the more active fighter as 'Sugar' hasn't fought since last October. He then took a jibe at O'Malley's record and whis competition during his UFC tenure, saying:

"I fought three times in 13 months, you fought I think once...That's impressive, bro... I wanna be just like you when I grow up. High all the time, talk like this, and beat all these guys in the top-5 that are still currently in the UFC. Dude, you're such a fricken bada**, dude, you're so fricken awesome. Isn't Sean awesome?" Sterling intends to defend his bantamweight championship against O'Malley at UFC 292 on August 19, so his video should put the doubt to rest.

Aljamain Sterling responds to Dana White's criticism

Aljamain Sterling was a busy man as he had a firey response to Sean O'Malley and also responded to Dana White's comments following UFC Vegas 73.

On Ep. 232 of his podcast The Weekly Scraps, the reigning bantamweight champion mentioned that he is always professional and makes weight for all his fights. He questioned why the UFC president couldn't give him the credit he deserves rather than saying that he can't get out of his own way with no context, saying:

"My thing with Dana [White] is, damn, dog, why can't you just give credit where credit is due?...Yo, stop playin' with my name, bro...Like, if we're gonna do this together, let's get on the same page and let's do this sh*t the right way." [11:06- 12:41]
