Andrew Tate's lawyer Tina Glandian has provided an update regarding 'Top G's detainment in Romania.
Glandian recently sat down for an interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News where she discussed Andrew and Tristan Tate's detention in the country of Romania. Glandian explained how the prosecutors had demanded multiple extensions for investigation purposes that led to the delay in the release of 'Cobra' Tate.
The lawyer added that the Romanian authorities could detain the Tate brothers for a period of up to six months without filing any charges against them:
"They arrested them [the Tate brothers] at the end of December and initially, it was a 24-hour arrest and then, the prosecution made an application for a 30-day extension which was granted. And last month, they sought a further 30-day extension that was granted and most recently, that was extended again until the end of March. And they have upto 180 days in which they could extend this detention without formally charging them with any crimes. So, it's an ongoing criminal investigation but they are detained."

Andrew Tate reacts to the rumors of him having cancer
Rumors of Andrew Tate having lung cancer have been doing the rounds on social media. 'Top G' recently shared his side and shut down the rumors.
In a Twitter thread, Tate denied having cancer and hailed himself as one of the most influential faces on Earth.
"I do not have cancer. My lungs contain precisely 0 smoking damage. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle. True warriors are scarred both inside and out. As one of the most influential men on the face of the planet, it is important for the good of humanity that I live as long as possible. At my current strength levels, I estimate to survive for at least 5000 more years."
Despite being inside a prison in Romania, Tate has been very active on social media. 'Top G' keeps sharing motivational messages to his followers on Twitter and recently, he also shared some uplifting words for Jake Paul after 'The Problem Child's recent loss to Tommy Fury.
