Anthony Joshua braces up for a return to the squared circle against Swedish heavyweight professional boxer Otto Wallin on December 23, 2023, as a part of the ‘Day of Reckoning’ fight card in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The highly anticipated professional boxing bout will pit the heavyweights against each other in a 12-round bout.
Anthony Joshua will be seen competing for the third time in 2023 in the event. He fought in two bouts in 2023. He locked horns with Jermaine Franklin on April 1, 2023, in a 12-round bout. The former two-time unified world heavyweight champion defeated Franklin by a unanimous decision. Joshua faced Robert Helenius on August 12, 2023. Helenius couldn’t last long against Joshua, as he knocked him out in the seventh round of the fight to pick up a win.
Anthony Joshua’s rival for his upcoming fight, Otto Wallin, has also been in action twice this year. He faced Helaman Olguin on January 27, 2023, in an 8-round fight. Wallin defeated Olguin by a unanimous decision and picked up a win. He then squared off against Murat Gasiev in a 12-round bout on September 30, 2023, and won by a split decision.
Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin will make their third appearance inside the squared circle in Riyadh on December 23, 2023, before the end of this year. The top heavyweight boxers will eye a convincing victory in their scope as they prepare themselves for the fight.
