Arman Tsarukyan's suspension

According to The Independent, during his UFC 300 walkout, Arman Tsarukyan encountered a fan who made a disrespectful gesture. Tsarukyan immediately reacted back to the fan by throwing a punch at him. However, the 28-year-old fighter continued with his walkout and entered the octagon. After three rounds of intense exchanges and ground and pound with Charles Oliveira, Tsarukyan had a split decision win against the Brazilian fighter.
Nevertheless, the video of Arman Tsarukyan striking the fan was broadcast live and also many mobile cameras captured the moment that went viral. Hence, the NASC came up with a fine and suspension for the Armenian fighter.
However, after almost nine months of staying away from competition, the Armenian fighter will be stepping inside the octagon on January 18, 2025, against Islam Makhachev for the lightweight title. As per NASC's terms, Tsarukyan's ban from competition is about to end by January 12, 2025. Hence, fans are eagerly waiting for the championship matchup to finally take place for the first PPV event of 2025.
While talking to Shakiel Mahjouri about his altercation with a stranger, for an interview at Shak MMA(YouTube), Arman Tsarukyan said,
"Thank god, he didn't sue me. Thank you so much. If Dana won't give you a ticket, I'll give you a ticket for UFC 303"
