#2 Worst: Split Draw
The co-main event of the night was one of the better fights to look forward to. Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua did battle against Paul Craig.
However, what no one saw coming was a Split Draw decision.

Rua was not at his best, but what he did display was his staying power. Even though he was taking a beating, it did not look like he was in danger of being knocked out. He took several heavy shots in the fight and the fact that unless he got a stoppage, Shogun would be losing, became clear.
Craig was mostly dominant, although Rua did get some top time in the fight as well. It looked like it would be a narrow win for Craig, but both fighters and the crowd were left disappointed as the judges decided that the fight would actually end in a Split Draw.
#1 Best/Worst:
Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza and Jan Blachowicz showed incredible determination in the main event. Both fighters were slow and not really committing in their attacks against their opponent.
Jan Blachowicz won a few rounds in their 5-round fight with his feet swelling up quite a bit, possibly broken. However, Blachowicz was the one who managed to knock down his opponent in the last round, possibly getting the win with that one knockdown via Split Decision.
While the fact that it was close was interesting, otherwise the fight was very slow.
Blachowicz called out Jon Jones after the fight, and we might be seeing that next for the Light Heavyweight Championship.
Overall, with the exception of the preliminary card and Charles Oliveira's fight, this card was extremely disappointing. Souza was booed out of his own home-town and the draw left a bitter taste for the fans.
