Brandon Moreno

MMA fighter Brandon Carrillo Moreno is from Mexico and was born on December 7, 1993. As of October 2024, he competes in the Flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Since turning pro in 2011, Moreno has also fought for the Legacy Fighting Alliance, where he held the title of flyweight.

Moreno's participation in “The Ultimate Fighter: Tournament of Champions” was made public in July 2016. Moreno was chosen to be a part of Team Benavidez. In the first round, he faced off against Alexandre Pantoja and was defeated by submission. Moreno made a rare decision by making his UFC debut while his season of “The Ultimate Fighter” was still on television. On January 21, 2023, at UFC 283, Moreno and Deiveson Figueiredo engaged in their fourth matchup for the undisputed UFC Flyweight Championship. Just before the fourth round, the fight was stopped due to Figueiredo's eye swelling shut, and Moreno was declared the winner and undisputed champion via technical knockout. However, Moreno lost his championship to Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 290.
