Brendan Allen is an American mixed martial artist who fights in the middleweight division. He is signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he is ranked No. 8 in the middleweight division as of September 21, 2024. He has a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has a reputation for his finishes inside the octagon, most of which have resulted through submission in his favor.

Brendan Allen made his professional debut in mixed martial arts on August 22, 2015, against Zebulon Stroud at WFC 42 in a Welterweight bout. He put on an impressive show and started his career by defeating Stroud via first-round KO. He encountered the first loss of his professional career just after two fights against Trevin Giles at Legacy FC 52. The duo locked horns against each other on March 25, 2016, when Giles defeated Allen via second-round TKO after raining a flurry of punches on him.

Brendan Allen made his way into the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on July 16, 2019, by featuring in a bout against Aaron Jefferey at Dana White’s Contender Series 20. Allen won the fight via first-round submission with the help of a rear-naked choke. He is currently on a seven-fight winning streak, having won five of his last eight fights via submission.
