Callum John Smith is a British professional boxer who once held the super-middleweight titles from the World Boxing Association (WBA) (Super version) and the Ring magazine. Callum Smith once attempted to secure a spot as GB Boxing's light-heavyweight representative at the 2012 London Olympics, but that ended in disappointment.

Despite a questionable loss to Azerbaijan's Vatan Huseynli in the Olympic Qualification Tournament, Smith's chance for qualification relied on Huseynli, who lost in the next round. However, AIBA decided on an invitational place, considering Smith, but ultimately awarded it to Boško Drašković, whom Smith had previously defeated. In a cruel twist, Drašković was eliminated in the Olympics' first round. Smith's hopes were dashed, highlighting the unpredictable nature of Olympic boxing qualification.

So far in his professional career, Smith has accumulated a record of 29 wins to 1 loss in 30 fights (29-1-0). His only loss came against Canelo Alvarez on December 19, 2020.
